Panda Express - Richmond

I walked in and everything was really clean, including the bathrooms! The employees working there were very friendly! But unfortunately after taking nearly six minutes of waiting for my food at my table,the chow mein was good but a tad cold, and the orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp almost tasted a tad undercooked. It was during the dinner rush so I don't know if they were rushing cooking the food for us or if it was just an accident, it didn't taste horrible but it was a tad cold and it just seemed a little flimsy and undercooked tasting. I am an avid Panda Express consumer, and this is the first time I've ever had a meal like this. So I would definitely chalk it up to it just being the restaurant or the day. Panda express for life! :

This worker Hayley is super fast and has the best service. We love this PE and come here whenever we can, but we usually plan to wait 15-30 minutes for food in the drive through and our ducks are mixed together, and sometimes when you order Broccoli beef its only Broccoli lol. When we arrived yesterday, we got our food in a minute and a half, everything was perfect, and we got a lot of meat. We thanked the worker who apparently was Hayley, and she said she worked solo for a while on that day and really tried to make sure everyone came through the highway quickly. Chick fil A is coming over there better and taking notes from her. Thank you.

She closed her lobby at 5 p.m. as my family reached 5 for the door. I said we were driving thru was open even though she saw that we were carrying a boat. We?ll pass the exit for the next time!!!

You can open doors/drive thru at 10:30, but not ready to serve food. It is 10:40 and I was told 10min waiting time for noodles. Also, ask me to park and they would bring it out to avoid the ride thru timer. Sorta defectes the purpose of having a timer in place. The company wants to track the customer's waiting period. Duh!

He was in charge at 8:46 and had 6 cars in front of us. When we were on order, we were informed that they were closed at 8:58. Food stinks anyway, tastes like it was heated up in a microwave. Definitely won't be back. Went to Raisin Canes, where the food is always hot and fresh. Don't waste your time coming here! Updated review: I tried to give this place another chance as my little guy had a free Panda Cub Meal voucher from school. He placed the order online at 10:30 A.M and had the pickup for 12:00 P.M. He had ordered a can of water for the drink. We came and went to pick up. The order was not ready, what was understandable and so we waited. It didn't take long to fix it and she gave my son his meal and gave him a Coke Zero for his drink. He and I were both confused because he didn't order that. She traded miffed and showed me the printed order card that said a dietary coke. Luckily, my son had his phone with him and pulled the command that sprinkled water. Of course they didn't, and he had to get something else. I'd take the one star away if I could.
