Texas Roadhouse - Richmond

2 very rude girls working at the door on our visit. A 35 minute wait turned into over an hour when plenty of tables were empty. When we asked about the wait, the girls proceeded to seat others who had arrived much later than us and laughed about it. Never again! Friendlier and better service at the McDonalds drive through

We were very impressed with this local chain owned by a young woman who we even met while dining). It is a busy place and there is a wide range of food options so you dont need to eat the hand cut steaks which we did and they were tender). The portions are large, good price value and the wait staff attentive. You will not be disappointed.

The smothered chicken with onions, mushrooms and cream gravy wasn’t good at all. Mushrooms was burnt just didn’t taste the same at all. Lynchburg, Va Texas Roadhouse is awesome the smothered chicken there is delicious. My mashed potatoes was cold. My grandsons macaroni and cheese came out of a box Kraft). Not a pleasant experience at all. And the music was extremely loud had to yell what you wanted.

The Draft Beer is 32° and in a Frosted Mug is Heavenly! Service is next to none! Amanda is an amazing young lady and Bartender/Server! Great food! Can't brag this place up enough. I just cashed in on my Veterans Day Meal. They even have parking spaces marked for Veterans!

Good steaks, but had some cold fries. Not too bad overall. Good service
