Pizza Hut - Ridgecrest

I waited for my pizza for over 3 hours. I ordered online. when I tried to call the load, it was about answering the service. after several try to call business, my man went there. our pizza was there, beautiful and cold. When I complained to the manager again, I got the answering service. they told me I had to talk to the load manager. she has forwarded my call, who brought me back to the Responsibility Service!

Paid almost $40 for a large 3 topping pizza and family order of chzbread. I could've ordered 6 items off Dominos $5.99 menu, or got 3 pizzas and 3 breads from Little Caesars for that price. Just keep that in mind when your deciding which pizza to have for dinner. And they advertise dine-in, but only have paper menu's and no service. It's like a fast food joint. And the tables are dirty.

It is a Pizza Hut, new location same chain restaurant.The new location does not have as much seating.I still like the pizza.

I ordered my pizzas early (4:12) and asked if they could get delivered at 5:45 pm. At 5:47, i received a text stating my order is out for delivery and this is actually when I should have received the pizzas. I called the local pizza hut at 6:18 and got hust a message. My pizza arrived finally at 6:25 and was put on my porch where everyone was waiting and to open the pizzas and they were just barely warm. Worst experience i have had with this place and especially when I spent over $50,00 for the 3 pizzas which were not worth it as they werenot even hot.

Great pizza and this location has much more of a sleek and modern feel to it......Edit: first bad experience here. The pizza tasted really awesome as usual except the crust took up almost a 3rd of the radius. It seemed like half of each slice was crust no toppings.
