The server came out to the table and argued with me about what I ordered.
I am very upset. The quality of the food was horrible. I ordered the Queso Chorizo dip. It arrived, watery, and there was barely any meat literally was overloaded with pico to the point it was water, wasnt cheesy and there was no meat like two or three little bits of chorizo. I have never had this terrible of an experience with the dip before. Oh not to mention it was insanely SPICY and uneatable. Then I decided to order a steak tip quesadilla. The menu states it comes with sour cream. I get a flour tortilla folded over itself, I open it, its watery meat, no cheese. When i tell you this meat tasted and smelled like the canned chunky beef stew soup you get from the store. It even had the celery flavor in it, and it was overly salty. Uneatable. I could barely find my waitress as she disappeared for what felt like almost an hour, she had the man who was hosting constantly bringing me the things i needed and even my check. I had asked her for the check because i had pushed all my stuff to the edge of the table to signal i was ready for my check, she walked right past me i had to shout just to get her attention, she was clearly high or something. I asked her do i just pay at the front, and she replied ill get the check. Sends the boy back over with the check. I didnt even make it out the place before i had to go to the bathroom and puke what i had ate up.Very disappointed. The mango tango was a great drink but the food really ruined the experience.
So far discover Mexican food that's tasty as back in los angeles. But the carnitas beef was dry and tough. Not juicy at all.
After being sat at a table, the bus boy brought us chips. We waited 15 minutes for the waitress to come to the table (it wasn't busy). We asked for water and when she came back we were ready to order. I asked about the spiciness of the sauces on the enchiladas. All she could tell me was that the nacho cheese sauce was popular. I don't care for nacho sauce. We received our food very quickly, but after one bite I couldn't eat mine because the sauce on the enchiladas was too spicy. My husband said his food was ok. The waitress never came back to the table to see how everything was. My husband was done eating for quite awhile before she came and he could ask for the check. We asked for a dessert to take home and she said there was an extra $2 charge for take-out items. Why? She never asked why I didn't eat my food, just offered a box. We will not be going here again. Very poor service and the food wasn't all that great.
