The ingredients are always fresh. My complaint is totally on the way the chef cook meat, especially beef. The chef tends to cook chicken or beef 100% so that they become chewy!! When I remember, I always request that the beef be medium or medium rare and the answer is always we shall try . You should not TRY. In America, a professional chef should not make beef well done most of the time, ignoring customer request! That chef should not touch meat. Make him cook something else.
