Cannot believe how long my order took this morning especially for a drive thru only it’s not like they are helping people inside as well ridiculous! Every car that drove to window sat at least 10-15 min workers weren’t even apologetic never

Wow. The guy with glasses working there at 5p today was shocking. He greeted us by saying we are not taking your credit cards today ...we had cash so we asked if we could order...he said sure ...then we completed our order and he sarcastically said good job ...I don 't know what 's going on with him personally but I hope he knows that it 's inappropriate to take out his issues on customers.

AWFUL.I pull around to place my order (a frappe with sweet cream cold foam on top instead of whip and a frappe with skim milk) and the man on the headset says “we’ll see if we can do that” meanwhile i am a starbucks employee myself and i have made countless of these kind of drinks.I get to the window and they didn’t make ANY of my drinks correctly AND i ask to scan my app for points and the man simply doesn’t.I’m so disappointed and i will not be returning to this location.

Once in a while I'll have a Frappuccino because sometimes I want to watch how many calories and sugars are there in a Frappuccino I like Starbucks it's my number one type of coffee
