Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Rio Rancho

Place is small to eat and sometimes smells not so pleasant, but the staff are nice and the yogurt delicious.

Good ice cream, BUT SUPER OFFEN! I didn't get a small cup full of the way and it cost over $10, not worth the money, I could, but 10 gallons of ice and it would be cheaper than to take my family here!

Never had a problem in this place. Recently, a newer girl named Marja has hired. She had the worst customer service.. or should I say what customer service she was super rude and had attitude when my self and another party asked for sample cups. She reacted with the attitude when someone asked a question. The most beautiful thing she said was welcome to or hallo when people came to the store. She definitely acted like she hated her job. And her mask was under her chin, why even try to wear a mask if it isn't even right?

This particular Menchies has recently made many changes. Above all, it is only to take cards and has no cash at all for a last break in my opinion. In addition, they do not offer samples of any kind. So all the new Christmas tastes that look delicious, we can't try. Should I spend $10 on an ice cream if I don't know how it tastes? There is even a sign that says, please wear your mask after wallet only to see if you frozen yogurt. How should I eat it? Managent/property, please stop adding additional restrictions to this memory. It ruins this situation!

Yo, It's Fro-yo! how good can it really get? Lol, I got tart cherry and chocolate dipped banana with Carmel sauce and cheese cake chunks and it was just as exspected...good but made me crave ice cream. Clean place nice friendly gal helped get the cups filled cuz it's all different now during this pandamit situation and not self-serve like it used to be but it was cold sweet and almost perfect as Fro-yo is. ??
