Zip's Drive In - Ritzville

We always love getting chicken strips and fries at Zips. Unfortunately today we stopped and got it and it was oversized McDonald’s nuggets with some kind of veins and yellow chunks. I would recommend skipping this item on the menu

Had the Belly Buster and it was prepared fresh nice and hot (unlike many other drive throughs).

I 've given up. We have gone to this Zips for 35 years and have recently been very disappointed. They recently haven 't been cooking their fries long enough. I have purposely gone inside so I 'm not holding up the drive thru and asked that the fries be made extra crispy . Every single time they are undercooked. This last time I asked the gal up front TWICE to please let the cook know that I need the fries to be fully cooked and crispy. We will now drive a bit farther and go to the Zips on Division.

Very gross inside. Like really bad. Health department should be here lol

As far as Zips goes, this has to be the worst location I've tried. The bathroom was a disaster, the fries were limp, and the burger didn't match what I expect from Zips.
