Daisy's Diner Country Store - Riverside

Today I went here with my family with high expectations. Well, didn't go so well... -We sat down, and for 15 minutes we didn't have server we actually had to go get somebody. -The mashed potatoes are cold. -The roll looks like it was taken from the Trinity County jail and served here. (See picture).

Everything was delicious and the staff is excellent. We drove out of the way to try the food and it was well worth it. Cadence was very sweet and adorable... perfect example of Texas hospitality

Best cabbage I've ever had. Waitress (Riley) made sure I was taken care of as well despite being super busy. Definitely a future stop for me during my travels!!

Good home cooking. I've been going here since I was little and it was called Riverside Cafe. The remodel looks great and the food is still great. I'm just not sure of the hours. We stopped on a Sunday at 130 and tried to have lunch and they were closed. The hours are confusing. Wheelchair accessibility: If you aren't able to park up front, then it would be difficult for a wheelchair

They were packed due to storm. They did the best They could to get people in and out. Bless them
