Ruby Tuesday - Roanoke Rapids

Both the Bacon Cheeseburger and Meatball Hoagie were amazing! They were very flavorful and clearly made with fresh ingredients. However, the Broccoli Cheese Soup was disappointing. It seemed like it was not well diluted and was too thick.

I was disappointed because there was no cheese or mayo on my Philly cheesesteak, making it very dry and bland. However, the sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever tasted! They just needed a little bit of salt to be perfect.

The ribs were delicious, but the shrimp was undercooked.

From the Cheesesteak to the carrotcake every s was excellent. Thank you.

My son and I visited a few days ago hoping for a tasty meal. We placed our orders and sat down. However, we were disappointed to find that the salad ingredients were not fresh. The salad had turned brown and the broccoli was no longer good. My son ordered a strange salad with cube ham, black olives, and Rotini, which he regretted later. Within 24 hours, my son had been sick for 3 days and I was sick for 1 day. We had to go to urgent care for dehydration and were diagnosed with food poisoning. I am extremely disappointed, as Ruby's has always been a favorite spot for me, but this experience has completely ruined it. It is unacceptable to serve such unappetizing food to the public.
