Buffalo Wild Wings - Roanoke

The classic chicken wrap with fries is always my go-to choice! You really can't go wrong at this location!

The potato wedges were dense and inedible, resembling a brick of cheese and potatoes. The wings were hard, even when warm, and didn't have enough sauce to cover the entire wing when they were served.

This place has decent food.. but I swear they will always leave SOMETHING out. The wrap was good.. ordered chips and salsa as a side and got no salsa at all.. basically a whole waste of a side

The wings were lukewarm and lacked flavor. I received fries that I didn't order, which were soggy and stale. Additionally, I never requested a beer, yet I was served a Heineken.

Burger was fine. Wedges were fine. French fries were cold and stale. Boneless Wings were half okay and the other half so overcooked as to be inedible. 10 pieces were in actuality only 6. For the price, it is unacceptable. Cold food is also unacceptable considering we live 5 minutes away and the dasher had to wait for the order. We wont be ordering from here again.
