They create a new menu every week and always offer a vegan and gluten-free option. The standout appetizer, firecracker cauliflower, was perfectly executed. We also sampled the mushroom cigars (vegan filo with mushroom pate and pistachio cream sauce, truffle salt) and black bean soup for starters. We thoroughly enjoyed all three courses. The main course was the kichererbsturm, featuring crispy tofu and a well-balanced tower of flavors. The vegan and gluten-free homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate cooking cookies with espresso were delightful. The service was excellent. We hope that they will continue to consider us vegans in their weekly menu planning, as we often feel overlooked in Roatan.

While there were no vegan main dishes on the menu, we were impressed with the two vegan appetizers: lentil dal and firecracker cauliflower. The cauliflower was particularly outstanding. For dessert, we couldn't decide between the chocolate chili tart and mint chip ice cream with chocolate chip cookies, so we opted for both. The ice cream, made with fresh mint, was incredibly flavorful. Though on the pricey side, the drinks and appetizers were well worth it.
