Wendy's - Rochester

This used to be the sketchy Wendy's in Rochester, or at least that's how I remember it. I had been here twice before today, and the fries had a terrible taste from the old oil. It felt like I was just cursed! However, today I might have finally had the best fries I've ever tried. I did place my order online and ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes, but if the food is good, I might consider coming back. The other items I ordered, the chicken sandwich and nuggets, were just okay.

Despite having a limited staff, the service here was exceptional. The friendly team made the most of their resources and ensured a great experience. It's clear that their dedication stands out, especially considering the challenges faced by many local businesses. I'm sure you can appreciate that effort!

I've never had trouble with this place until tonight. we had two commands of fritten who lacked burgers. my daughter wasn't angry with eating her child.

I had to wait in the drive line 30 to 40 minutes, just to place my order when I came there, was told to wait, I waited another 3 to 4 minutes and when I got my food, the bungalow stale this place was a sweat there lazy. food: 1/5

I've had several frustrating experiences at this restaurant. Even though there was one time when my order was prepared perfectly, it seems like they never get it right anymore. I often find myself going back and forth trying to correct my order, which feels like a waste of money and time. Unfortunately, I just don’t think I can go back there anymore—it's clear they don’t listen to what I want. Rating: 1/5.
