Panera Bread - Rochester Hills

The location is excellent, with easy access from the highway. The food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. I tried the breakfast sandwich, and it was delicious!

I've visited this restaurant four times. The food was enjoyable on two occasions, but disappointing on the other two. I typically place my order through my phone for pickup, which is quick and convenient. However, I often find that many items are marked as sold out, limiting my choices.

I was trying to enjoy my meal when a staff member kept sweeping around my feet. It was 8 PM, and they close at 9 PM. The food is excellent, but nobody wants to feel rushed when they're trying to savor their meal. I felt compelled to share my experience. Aside from that, the staff is friendly.

How hard is it to make orders properly? Read the ticket and do it. I got a sandwich with egg on it and that’s it. Where’s the bacon, cheese, etc? How in the world does some employee even manage to think that was correct? Absolutely horrible and it’s impossible to get any sort of refund out of these clowns.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is also outstanding. Would definitely return.
