P W's Gourmet Ice Cream - Rock Hill

We’ve been going here for years and usually enjoy our treats. My last experience was less than great. My family and I usually get the same things each time we visit. This time my strawberry milkshake tasted different and was too sweet. It is not strawberry ice cream but vanilla ice cream with strawberry mixed in. I don’t know if the strawberries were not fresh and they added sweetener of some type but it was not good. I couldn’t finish it. Also my husbands sundae was spilling over so I ask the girl for a lid. She put on the lid and made the sundae spill all over. As you can see from the photo she didn’t take the time to wipe up her mess. I’m hopeful this is a one time thing and our next trip will be back to par.

Best ice cream in York county hands-down people. I love bringing my kids here every week because the customer service and of course the ice cream is so good. It’s become our family tradition and my son loves the mint chocolate chip. I love getting an Oreo mixed with peanut butter concrete myself, but to each their own. Thank you guys for having such a wonderful family owned store we can support. Really appreciate all the energy you guys pour into it. Thank you again.

10/10 want to go again. Like...now. This place was awesome. They're fast, they have asking silky ice cream, they're kind, they're cute. I absolutely loved it here.

Never had a bad ice cream treat from here! Their concrete's are second to none, and I absolutely recommend the straw-anna (but I get it with no nuts!

We got a tropical fruit smoothie, a peach concrete, and an oreo-reeses concrete. All delicious! Great service, too.
