Every time I order through the app and I order food and drink it is only ever my drink that?s ready my food is never ready. Never ready meaning they don?t make it unlessyou ask for it. They completely ignore the ticket that comes through. This has happened to me the past 5 times I?ve gone there.I won?t be ordering anything here but the occasional coffee anymore.
UNPLEASENTLY SURPRISED, How difficult can it be to take care of customers in a franchise like DD??? Well apparently, FOR THIS LICATION, is very, very difficult Here is why: Saturday 12:00noon, the train is due in 7 minutes. There are three clients, methe 2nd and 7 attendants behind the counter. The ONLY ONE, miss attending send the man before me to the ATM, l step on to placemy order, she goes: sorry l can't take your order before him. ? me , I just need an iced tea. yes but l have to chargehim first I waited for the man to come back and he orders half of the store, and nobody out of the other 6 , can take careof me and the new three people in the store The owner should instruct this team on how to resolve overwelming groups ofpeople, even when we the clients were 1 less than the attendants
The iced coffee tasted extremely watered down. The latte was basically all milk..really felt like a waste of money and was quite disappointed with the products.
I?m a college student I waited 15 minutes before I got my food (almost missed the bus) and people were getting their order way after I ordered mine. Also I have a egg allergy and I asked for no eggs it said it on the machine and the sandwich of course hadit ????
This location have nice size Apple Fritters along with their crissont breakfast sandwich.
