Delicious discovery. The restaurant owner knows what coeliakie means. I made contact in advance and she came across as someone who knows what it is. Freshes are always fried separately. I got separate chicken bones that were baked in the oven instead of fries fat at apero's. Super place to come, I felt welcome.
