Sky Dragon - Rogersville

I e been there a couple times and each time the food was not good. I LOVE cheese and I really wish I liked this place, the staff was always friendly and the place seemed like it would be good but the buffet was half empty and the food cold. The sweet n sour (sauce) chicken was terrible. I tried some of the other chicken and it was not good. Some of it was super dry and looked as tho it was there ALL day. I hate leaving bad reviews and wish the food had been good. Hopefully it turns around but I won’t be going back ever. After 3 times I’m done.

Went for 5pm dinner meal. Only one young inexperienced nice and accommodating server. We ordered General Tso Chicken (to be shared) and hot sour soup. In 5 min server brought ALL our food to table instead of soup first and main course later. She server brought no extra plate for sharing and no spoon for serving. We asked for sweet sour and hot Chinese mustard and she brought some very small packets of both, which were hard to open (had to ask for scissors): contents of packets were nothing like we expected and we didn't use them. The main dish was supposed to be spicy and hot, which it was not; and it was in a thin soup like sauce covering the whole plate. The rice was not freshly cooked, stale, and not hot: very small portion not enough for one person let alone two. Overall, the food was not hot ? and not good in taste except the hot and sour soup. Our server never came to our table to check on us after serving our food and we had to flag her down for service. We asked for our ticket and she said it was hand written at the cash register but she brought it to us anyway. We've eaten at many Chinese restaurants and are very aware of good and not good Chinese food including the service. The food and service we experienced at Sky Dragon in Rogersville was the worst we've had to date. We will not return.

Maybe Rogersville's longest standing restaurant. Happy cranking out good Springfield Style Cashew Chicken and other Asian favorites, they have a vast variety of different dishes to try and a buffet to sample many.

The good was greasy ,gross freezer burnt .. spoiled ranch dressing first and last time being here . I hope I don't get sick later. Made complaint still paid full price. I do not recommend .

The shrimp was a little dark. Tased burnt. But good. Nice people and the place was clean.
