Contribuer aux commentairesThe shrimp I got and broccoli were very good. The service was mediocre. The server brought my food and never returned to the table. Another nice server came and helped me. Not sure what happened to my server. The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were clean. will definitely be eating again
I expected a lot better from this Red Lobster. We ordered takeout dinner with a bunch of appetizers. The Lobster Linguine was phenomenal. I can’t say the same for my Ultimate Feast or my brothers steak. The ordered medium well steak, and it came dry and bland. Calamari was soggy and the biscuits were dry. The french fries were pretty bad and shouldn’t be offered on the menu
Service was great food was just ok for what we paid.
Omg. I have never experienced fair service at one red lobster ever. Always, other red lobster restaurants have been still good but this time was totally disappointing. First, the receptionist told us to wait just 30 minutes and at the end, my family and I waited for 45min or more. Second, the waitress took all the orders at the same time, however; he was serving at different times and forgot some of the orders to bring to the table. Later, my family and I were eating one by one not altogether as is supposed to be. I know not all the fault is from the waitress. It was part of the kitchen service. Otherwise, everything was the worst experience ever for my family and me and we didn't enjoy the food and time spent together because part of my family members were coming from Sacramento and we were from San Francisco trying to enjoy the day. So in the end, we were frustrated with this thing happening.
My experience in this particular restaurant at this location was terrible and disappointing. The waitress was not attentive at all. By the way, the restaurant was not busy at all because it was already 2 pm and she was attending only 4 tables. Our order took a very long time before it was served. I ordered a grilled salmon with coleslaw, and when it was served, the waitress brought me a fried salmon without the coleslaw. I asked where my coleslaw was, and she replied they were out of it and she would check the kitchen if they were making it and asked me if I wanted something else. She could have told me earliest about it so I could have chosen something else. After finishing my food, she came back to our table with steamed broccoli and coleslaw. OMG!!! what the !!! She doesn't even come to check on us if we need refills on our drinks or if we need something else. I hope I won't experience this kind of situation ever again.
