Tentazioni Urbane - Rom

Don't shop here. I made the mistake and this is what I got. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down before anyone gets sick.

I faced a summer working in Rome with a very terrifying (and scarily American) iced coffee addiction. After a week of attempting to get my fix via tiny Italian espressos, I found myself grumpy and tired all the time. And then I found an exciting sign on Via Urbana: AMERICAN ICE COFFEE! Tentazioni Urbane saved my life with their delicious (strong, never bitter) iced coffee with thick Italian cream. I don't want to say how many of these I had this summer, but I can say that the employees (always so lovely and very patient with my mediocre Italian which I stubbornly wanted to practice) started my order as soon as I entered the door. Thank you so much!

Just outside the Cavour metro stop, Tentazioni Urbane was a welcome treat to a long day of sightseeing in Rome. We wanted tiramisu but were so tempted by the modern display of other handcrafted treats. If you like macaroons, they must have fifteen or twenty flavors to choose from. Also, their selection of gelati are fresh. If you're in Rome and find yourself in/near the area, give them a try. Glad we did.

Siamo stati qui per assaggiare i famosi Macarons. Abbiamo optato per quello al Pistacchio, eccezionale, quello alla nocciola ed infine uno al caramello salato, che è stato una meravigliosa sorpresa! Consigliato a tutti quelli che hanno voglia di coccolarsi un po' con un dolcetto!

Locale che da il benvenuto nel quartiere Monti, vicinissimo all'uscita della metro Cavour su via urbana. Buonissimo il fior di latte con la frutta fresca di stagione, tagliata al momento della scelta; per gli amanti anche un'aggiunta di scaglie di cioccolato bianco. Ma da non sottovalutare i ghiaccioli di Grom ai gusti frutta.
