Even if when I call I always give fake names a bit embarrassing like Tony Menta or Mauretto, then send friends or relatives to that name to pick up pizzas, I must say I am the best pizzeria, for product and quality price of Romano D'Ezzelino.
I expect to be a pizza potato and particularly demanding. For over four weeks, I've discovered the Bottega della Pizza and I've been excited about it. I recommend it to those looking for a quality product at a fair price. With family and friends, we've eaten a lot since he opened this new management, without ever being disappointed. Excellent dough, light and fragrant at the right point and ingredients for the fillings always fresh and tasty (I assure you that you feel the difference), with a fair balance of the salt (many pizzerias exaggerate you to drink a lot during digestion). Excellent cooking that, thanks to the managers, allow you to choose the degree, without finding them ever burned. Well what to say... try to believe. Congratulations again and forward like this.... A simple and tasty pizza. The dough is great and does not thirst. Local improved by previous management. I'll be back for sure.
We ate 5 pizzas in the family in mid-December 2017, disappointed and discouraging we decided not to return . Motivation: 1) poor salt in pizza 2) tasteless insipidated mozzarella 3) slightly blackened on the bottom of pizza 4) poor tomato and sometimes acidic 5) poor ingredients and sometimes too concentrated 6) dubious skills that answer the phone is handling the ingredients . 7) pizza with furniture unchanged from the last For these reasons listed and other missing we see ourselves as the family of the area to not recommend this pizzeria .
