Contribuer aux commentairesOrder a club and pickles and mustard and banana peppers didn?t have the bacon or banana peppers bread was hard made a online order called and told them my problem over the phone she was kinda nice about it but she did say she had a good staff and that?s she?s not calling my lair I get down their to get my actual sandwich that order she was like well what?s the problem bc I went over it and we did do it right well it was missing bacon and the banana peppers she was like just know I?m only remaking it this one time and won?t be doing it again this is my first time coming here and she was like I got told you come in here a lot and that you order online a lot and your name pops up and we always have to redo your stuff I?m like this is my first time coming in here she said well next time change your name I will not be coming back again after how I was treated
Absolutely terrible customer service. If I was the owner or manager of this location I'd be embarrassed bt the lack of interaction with customers the people occuping the space behind the counter (can't call then workers because they weren't doing that! . If you look at the picture, see these two women well if you do decide to go there and they're there I can promise you will receive **** poor customer service. They wrapped our sandwiches and slid them across the counter without even giving us the opportunity to add anything to them. The owner needs to clean house if you know what I mean!
I was somewhat relieved to see that three other customers who came in after us were also ignored, so it didn’t seem to be a matter of race—just a lack of professionalism. The staff appeared annoyed that customers were arriving. At one point, another employee came in dressed casually as if they weren’t there to work. When my sandwiches were finally made, no one asked if I wanted any additional toppings, which I did, but by that point, I was completely put off by the whole experience. I never saw a manager during my visit. This was on November 1, 2022, between 4:30 and 4:55 PM. If anyone from management cares to address this situation, I’d appreciate that, although it’s clear why there were so few customers. I seriously doubt I will return to this location and will actively discourage others from going as well.
You might find it a bit expensive, but when you take into account the fresh, high-quality ingredients and the generous size of the sandwich, it really is worth it. It's a much better value compared to that green and yellow chain that often runs out of items. This location is consistently clean, including the restrooms. The staff are usually friendly and attentive to your orders. Don't miss the Red Pepper Sauce—it's delicious on everything! I wish they offered it for purchase to take home.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I've been waiting an eternity for my Uber Eats order, which they have had for over an hour now. It's so bad that customers are practically falling asleep while waiting for their food! One of the female employees really shouldn't be working in a customer service role.
