The beef was incredibly juicy and the desserts were also really delicious. We ordered vacío, colita de cuadril and matambre, we loved all, and for desserts we ordered Flan and Panqueque con dulce de leche, which were also incredible.
Recommended by our hotel as we wanted a good parilla experience. It certainly has this traditional look with waiters looking for the part. The menu had English subtext that we needed and appreciate. We ordered the Prime Rib Steak for two?!? and were moderately surprised to be served 5 large Prime Rib BONES!!! They were sufficiently fleshy to satisfy our appetite, but we let ourselves ask what went wrong!!! The waiters spoke little English, so we left without knowing how things went sideways. But we got our BBQ!
Charming but average meal. The service was slow, the food was even slower and the meat was not top-notch. Other than that, it is fun to go there and see the old world charm of a stacking place.
I was truly expecting great and received mediocre. The service was very slow, the entrecot, although cooked right, rare, was lacking flavor and was tough, the creamed spinach was also just average. The place is beautiful and the waiters are dressed in the classic gaucho attire, so that was nice.
