Had a gift card I wanted to use and I love Italian subs, so I tried the original Italian. There was an Italian meat I had in the past that had a raw texture to it and I wasn't sure what it was called. Wasn't sure if one of the toppings in it was in there, but there was one that sounded like it and they offered to put it on the side since I couldn't remember what it was called. I appreciated their concern. It still was a pretty awesome sandwich. Definitely gonna get it again. When they were serving me, I could see that someone was getting trained, but it didn't impact my ordering process at all,which I also appreciated. Always professional, always great service. Bravo Jersey Mike's!

The staff of this Jersey Mike's was very outgoing and friendly. The food was the best thing about this establishment, and shouldn't it be? We are talking about a restaurant, after all. 3 sandwiches came to just under $60.00.

The food is great, but when u order online and u show up 10 minutes after it should've been ready and its not. Not ideal for someone that only wants to pick up, makes no sense and not very good customer service. Customers were ordering there and leaving before my online order.
