La Provence - Roseville

The meal, service, ambience were superb. WE had the Petite Chateau. It was fantastic! The vegetables were and potatoes could not have been better. The wine was right on. Can't wait to return for another extraordinary experience.

We had a lovely lunch. The server was very gracious to allow us to have separate checks for our party of 9. Everyone raved about the food!

The short rib was better than ever. Ambiance very peaceful and romantic. Service awesome.

I recently dined at La Provence Restaurant and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite making an advance reservation, my party and I were made to wait for over an hour past our reservation time without any explanation or acknowledgement of the delay. Despite mentioning that it was a birthday dinner, both to the host and on the Open Table app, we were not given any special treatment. The front of house staff seemed either flustered or indifferent to our wait, and did not offer any apologies or explanation for the delay. When we were finally seated, the staff appeared eager to rush us through our meal and did not inform us of any menu specials. The service was incredibly slow, with long delays between appetizers and entrees. Overall, the dining experience was very disappointing, especially considering that we were celebrating a special occasion. I would not recommend this restaurant and would not return. The manager could benefit from learning some guest service and dining experience lessons from establishments such as Il Fornaio Roseville or Kitchen 747.

Always an excellent experience when we visit La Provence. Food and cocktails are always delicious and service is excellent. It is so nice to receive consistent quality and service every time.
