Ruth's Chris Steak House Roseville

Our server was great. she had a training and no one missed a step. lobster bisque and caesar salate were good. caesar salat was a little wilder (can only be dressed too early before serving) brussel sprouts with the honey canned speck was a delicious accompaniment to my lamb. the lamb however had a lot of hard spots to cut through with the sharp steak knife I had and it was rarer than medium on the pinkness of the meat. the crust and the spice on the lamb were on the place. loved the crème brûlée for dessert.

Always a great time, good and service were wonderful. I was a little disappointed that I requested a booth but didn’t get one. I put it in the reservation and there were many booths open but we didn’t get one. Not sure how to do that in the future.

Great food and great service as always! Ruth’s Chris never disappoints!

Kyle was an attentive and courteous server. We appreciated his good manners and personal attention.
