While the brisket in the Brisket Sammie is well cooked and a good start to a sandwich, don 't get your hopes up, as it is no more than brisket on white bread. A sauce would have been an improvement. The Nacheetos are an equally disappointing assembly of Flamin ' Hot Cheetos with lettuce, guacamole, and salsa, all contrained in the mylar Cheetos bag... yeah... in the bag. Yours for $8. Enjoy.
SO SO SO SO good and I am not a huge fan of BBQ! This one has had me singing its praises since we left and trying to get anyone to go back with me...we live in Redmond so it'll be a long ride alone ; Had the pulled pork sammie and copper carrots. YUM! Must have used a half dozen little cups of the pickled onions and not a single napkin....cause NONE if it was to be wasted. Cannot wait for another visit!!!
Not sure where the physical location is or if they have one anymore, we ate at the food truck next to the bike shop. We had a double burger and a brisket sandwich with Parmesan fries. The burger was large and tasty. The brisket was a little too charred but good overall. We'd go here again.very friendly staff.
Tacos were delicious, wish there was a side for the price.
