Ninos Dial Pizza - Rossendale

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I had to this time. We paid a premium price for terrible service at this restaurant. After waiting over an hour, we were served a freezing cold pizza. It was not a good experience.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. I placed an order at 7:45 and was told it would be delivered by 8:30. I called at 9:15 and was informed that my food was just being cooked. It's now 10:30 and I still haven't received anything.

Absolutely awful, nearly an hour late, no apologies when I rang to chase, Food was cold, worse ever.

Its Hit and miss. LOVE their lasagne but sometimes it can be perfect and other times its really watery... tonights was watery. Chips and garlic bread...

The pizzas are amazing, however can never ever get through on the phone recently. Being a loyal customer this is disappointing.
