Nicely laid out tables and chairs on the front terrace and food and drinks are ordered inside (self service). Very pleasant staff, good understanding of English and a good cup of coffee served as well. Small selection of pastries and savoury sandwiches as well. Probably one of the best places to sit and watch the tourists go by in Warnemunde whilst enjoying a smack. Not an earth-shattering venue, but clean and tidy, decent prices, good viewpoint and well worth a visit.
The coffee was fine. Muffins were below average... blueberry muffin with ONE small blueberry. WIFI is very limited.
If you are a tourist who enjoys being served by people with a snarky attitude, then this is your stop. One would hope people employed in the service industry would at least have a positive attitude towards their customers, but we found the proprietor here to be rude in serving us. My best guess it this probably due to our not being able to speak anything other than English ? We payed an exorbitant price for two small beers and a chance to use the ‘free Wi-Fi’. It didn’t work and there was, given the above, no point in asking for help. Tip: If you want free Wi-Fi go right next door to the Tourist Bureau as it actually works.
Very nice café. The coffee was a bit strong, but very tasty. The cake selection is good and the cakes also taste very good. The staff is friendly. It's fine.
Good drinks at fair prices. The ambience is cozy and invites you to stay longer.
