Russian lady that serves is very rude doesn't even acknowledge you when Going to be served just blank face

Staff very rude I went to till and tatally ignored as to girls behind counter were talking To each other this went on for 2 or 3 min

the personal is always so wonderful and attentive. the room us really beautiful and well maintained throughout the day
