Tio Dan Cafe Puffy Tacos N Fish

PUFFY TACOS!!. Being from RR, the soccer girls and I would usually make an 'Ole Taco ' run every other morning or so after practice. Since then I have moved out of state, but the very first thing my husband and I do when we get back in town is head to Tio Dan 's! Best breakfast taco in RR and best homemade salsa you can find!!! They serve breakfast tacos all day, they have a very friendly staff, and they have a very good lunch/dinner menu too. Delicious! We have been there approximately 20 times and have yet to finish their menu and cannot find anything we don't like. You do have to wait just a little while, but well worth it

Puffy Tacos!!!. Got the puffy taco plate for lunch and was impressed. pure tasty greasy goodness. Went back later for breakfast tacos and not so impressed...much better around for the price.

Ladydi377 (Diana). Tio Dan Puffy Taco is a great place. I have been going there for over 10 years. I have eaten breakfast and lunch and each is good. My favorite there is the breakfast taco. There is a wide variety of choices and everyone in my household likes them. The staff is friendly. We usually get tacos to go and the service is fast...the place is often packed but the customers move smoothly. At Christmas I also do a hefty order of tamales. And yes, they really do have PUFFY TACOS!

S'okay.. The puffy taco was alright and unique. The food was not great, but it was okay and a little above average for cheap Mexican though the prices were not really cheap. I might stop in for a take out puffy taco.
