Contribuer aux commentairesThe place is a gigantic barn-like place. The food was bland. We ordered steak medium rare and it was overcooked and tasted like charcoal. The whole experience was bland and much too expensive for such a tasteless meal.
Food is decent, I would give it 3 1/2 stars if I could as that would be more accurate. IMO the steaks are good quality but tasteless, with little to no flavor unless doused in some kind of sauce (e.g. A1, etc... . Our service was good and all the orders were correct. I will say the hot fudge cake was really good. The atmosphere is quite blah...kind of dark inside, an old building (with the restaurant being there since 1970 . Outside is quite nice, with the restaurant being on the golf course and Chubb Lake behind it. Not a lot of places to choose from in the area, so maybe worth a try.
Absolutely cannot get a better steak elsewhere. Great food all around with an exceptional salad bar and very attentive staff.
The steaks are Great. If you haven't tried it you should.
We had not been here since March of 2020(we went for my birthday). My favorite dish was their amazing Prime Rib, so I was looking forward to visiting the area and planned our trip to have dinner here in April of 2024.We ordered the Prime Rib(medium rare), which came out completely well done. Sent that back and they obviously just brought the same well done steak back. Gave up on the prime rib and ordered a medium rare ribeye, which also came out way overcooked. At this point, we gave up on steak!!Worst meal I have had in a very long time.
