I ordered up the chicken Lo Mein with Egg Drop Soup with a spring roll. It took a little bit to get the food. They were a jammed pack. The food was excellent. I will have to come back when it's not a holiday. My buddy got the Almond Chicken.
Very good fried rice and house soup! The spring rolls were okay... I will be back for the rice though because it was fire
Best General Tso I have ever tried. Generous portions. I usually order takeout. Just a great value.
Just a fantastic meal and a fun experience. It was my first visit and I 'll definitely go back. We had amongst other things, the Peking Duck, which was perfectly prepared and beautifully served. All of the staff were friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned that we have a great meal. The food seemed a bit of an 80s throwback, rather then more trendy 'authentic ' Chinese cuisine that you find more often now, but this is not a complaint. All of the food was great, made with care and of good ingredients. Portion sizes were generous, with plenty of leftovers. Definitely a hipster free zone, as they will go to more 'in ' places. But if you want really good Chinese food, well prepared an served, at good prices, Peking House gets my highest recommendation. A fantastic blast from the past food experience.
The food on 5/15/20 was impeccable, fresh and flavored very well. Our taste buds were doing cartwheels. My son and i couldn't put the fork down. We're going back there today. Hands down the best food so far from a Chiese restaurant we've ever had.
