Pizza Hut - Russell

During our road trip, we decided to grab some pizza and breadsticks from this location, and it turned out to be the best Pizza Hut we've ever experienced! That's quite an accomplishment, especially since we can't eat cheese. Thank you!

Had a really great dinner! They were late delivering some of the food (we barely noticed) and without prompting kindly comped the meal. Will gladly go back for great food and awesome service.

Wish I could give no stars. Dirty plates. No employee hygiene. Asked for my stick sauce heated up. Server said they couldn't. I suggested to put it on a personal pan pan run it half way through the oven. (I've worked at a pizza hut for 10 years most of that time as a manager. Server said they couldn't do that cause it would melt the plastic cup. (TAKE IT OUT OF THE CUP PUT IT IN A PAN! Service sucked. Clean your pop nozzles it tasted horrible.

Tonight at 4 PM, I was informed by the manager that the deep fryer was not working. They offered me a refund or an alternative meal, so I opted for something different. My order arrived a bit later than expected, but considering the fryer issue, that wasn't a big deal. Eventually, they managed to get the fryer up and running, and they sent out not only the new meal I requested but also the nuggets I had initially ordered. I want to thank Pizza Hut in Russell for being so accommodating and for going above and beyond to support their community.

We were passing through town on a lengthy road trip and decided to place a call-ahead order to save time. The kind lady who took our order was exceptionally accommodating. When we arrived, our pizza was fresh and hot, allowing us to enjoy a quick meal before hitting the road again. The customer service was fantastic, and everyone was friendly and helpful. They even provided us with complimentary to-go cups!
