Starbucks - Ruston

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have gone to. I ordered a Trenta Pink Drink w/ no ice or strawberries. The barista fixed my drink with a half cup of ice then realized my order doesn't have ice. She proceeded to pour the drink into another cup then poured it off the ice to give to me. When she handed my drink, it was half full. I told her that I ordered a Trenta not Grande. She tells me that it's like that because I didn't want ice. EXCUSE ME!! I understand that the rules have changed, but these drinks are too darn high to not get what I ordered. I took a picture for proof, and I will be reaching out to management about it. This is just ridiculous.
