This used to be our favourite fast food in the area but lately the mistakes have become too frequent to ignore. The last four visits we have had at least one item incorrect. Guac added to something that does not come with guac (I am allergic so that could not be eaten), ground beef burrito instead of the chicken that was ordered, when ordering extra meat there were exactly three pieces of chicken in the burrito bowl last time we were given someone elses order. They are always apologetic, but this doesn't help when the food cannot be eaten due to allergies we have already driven home. Busy or not, they really need to reassess their QA processes to reduce the mistakes because I can see from many other recent reviews that this is not an isolated issue.

Rude unhelpful staff that don't listen. Asked for no beans in the nachosas I react. Counter staff said she'll have them taken out. Got the order. Full of beans. But mu husbands bowl had none, his order was pulled beef bowl. Went back in to explain I can't have beans and another girl steps in and says you ordered Nachos, Nachos has beans. Asked when I ordered if I could have Guac instead of beans. Yes she says, then charges me $2 for Guac. She wouldn't refund on my card and instead handed me a filthy $2 coin. When I asked for sanitiser, she gave me a refresher towel that had no sanitiser in it. There was no sanitiser any where in the store that I could access. As I was waiting a girl apologised to get me to move out of the way so she could keep cleaning. I couldn't understand a word the manager said to me. Not customer service orientated at all. If I owned this franchise I would be very unhappy. They made me upset and missed an upsale.

Ordered a large chipolte fries a medium guacamole and corn chips via delivery. I asked for 2 chipolte mayos which I paid extra for but unfortunately got served something more like a Greek Yoghurt. Highly disappointed as I paid extra for my sauces that’s why I give 1 star only. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40
