The dough was uncooked in the middle, there was hardly a sauce, the cheese and the sauce tasted like nothing, and a large pizza was barely what I would call a medium. If I'm honest, it tasted like the frozen pizza of a mum girl. And can someone explain why they cut pizza in rectangular pieces?
I grew up in Rutland, so I remember Teds in the 70s. But today... Who on Earth 4 and 5 stars for a dry (what seems like prepared) crust so bland that it was tasteless. Have these reviewers never eaten a decent pizza??? A thick layer of tasty pizza sauce would have helped, but when I raised the cheese, the sauce was so thin that it looked like it had been brushed air. The cheese? Only the pepperoni was decent. I'm sorry to say that this might be the WORST pizza I've ever eaten... and, above all, THE SAME PIZZA, which encouraged me to write this review. I only have my memories of what was once...
A great pizza, the worst. Nice people, offered me my money back, but I wanted an apology for this insult, it took an hour to serve.
Soooo disappointing!!!! The staff was very friendly and very nice. I have a big cake that was the size of a middle cake almost enough to feed 2 people The cake had 0 crust on it and the dough was about a quarter inch thick as well as cut into rectangles for a 5 years old. The sauce was much too sweet, which tells me it is pizza sauce directly from the can with tasteless cheap cheese also about a quarter of a inch thick. I had to try it because everyone was beaten. So guys just had to be honest
I grew up in Rutland and my family and I have always gotten our pizza from here. Simply the best pizza around. Even though I have moved away when ever I come home I always grab pizza and subs from gills to bring home to my family. Best pizza
