We came to Benihana with Friend and our family to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday tonight. I wanted to take a quick moment because our waitress, Linda was super attentive, without being overly hovering and our Hibachi chef Alfredo, was very entertaining without being too over the top! We laughed and it wasn’t the same ole routine. It was a great time, above all the food was super delicious all the cuts were cooked to perfection ?? I have to say my favorite was the filet mignon it melted in our mouths! My husband and I have been here several times this might be the best, it was enough for me to write this review.
Kevin was a great cook and provided a great show definitely the best chef here!!!!
I’m just disappointed, we waited 20 minutes before our server even got to the table. We waited soooooo long between courses and by the time we got our main dish it was brought to the table cold. The steak was darn near well done when we requested medium. Overall we spent over $300 on a meal that was not enjoyed. The server was polite and I don’t hold any of this against them, clearly understaffed and overworked. Just not acceptable for the price tag. Also when I went to take my children to the restroom during one of our unacceptably long waits between courses it was filthy!! Hoping they do better because this was honestly a very costly waste of money and time.
Alfredo was a great chef! He was very friendly and helpful.
