While it's still the same fast food style restaurant, you can sense the old fashioned place you went to possibly many years ago as a drive in and eat in the car place for great food. The legendary menu and friendly people make this the place to go for a great experience any time of day and always a memorable one to frequently enjoy.
I stopped by for a quick snack and indulged in my favorite: a large A&W Root Beer float! The food was delicious, but the employee at the front seemed a bit distracted, almost like they were daydreaming of lounging on a beach with a margarita in the Bahamas. I guess it must have been a more appealing thought than being at work! Lol!
There were a few staff members working on two different orders, and they seemed a bit confused about how to sort everything out. They nearly forgot my chicken bowl, but thankfully they realized it before I reached my car and brought it out to me.
The staff here is incredibly friendly, which is always a plus! On a rainy night after a work trip, I stopped by to grab a bucket of chicken along with some mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, and mac and cheese (this place serves both Kentucky Fried Chicken and A&W). The mac and cheese was just average, but the rest of the food was quite good. The servers were very welcoming, which made my evening much more pleasant. I definitely need to return for a root beer float!
