Once inside, I was captivated by the array of sweet and savory bread options, including pretzels, cookies, and other delightful treats. It was also fascinating to learn that their wholesale department supplies baked goods to many popular restaurants in Sacramento! I ended up getting the bread bowls along with some enormous pretzels that I simply couldn't resist. The cream of crab soup turned out perfectly, served in a warmed sourdough bowl. With non-GMO ingredients and a focus on simple, authentic components, this is the only bread I want. I recommend getting their old-fashioned packaging with the clear wrap and blue sticker label, as it doesn't contain any unnecessary additives like dough conditioners.
