The rich flavor of the miso is fantastic! I highly recommend the Miso Ramen Eel Bowl. Food: 5/5.
The Tonkotsu Ramen broth was pleasantly light. The meat was tasty, and the soft-boiled egg was cooked to perfection. However, the broth could have been a bit more flavorful.
We were seated at a table when I was waiting for my husband to return from the restroom to place our order. A female employee with red hair approached us and informed us that we couldn't sit at the table we intended to eat at because someone in line needed to sit down to place their order. I was with a party of four, while the other group was only two, and there were two other tables available that could have accommodated them. As my husband exited the restroom, the employee asked us to leave the table, so we decided to leave the restaurant altogether. It's a shame because we dine there often and usually spend a good amount of money. They just lost a customer.
This is a pleasant casual dining spot where you place your order at the front. Each ramen bowl comes with a good variety of toppings, making it quite satisfying. The broth is quite enjoyable, especially for the price of about $12.50 per bowl (as of May 2022). You can't go wrong with the inclusion of a soft-boiled ramen egg at that price. The char siu was fantastic, and the tantan mian offers a delicious twist with plenty of ground meat. I'd definitely return when I'm in the area.
