Panda Express - Saint Ann

I ordered two main dishes, and one of them had a long hair in it. The other dish was meant to have roasted rice, but it was served with plain white rice instead. I won't be coming back.

I ordered a family dinner and got five large boxes, containing three ducks and two sides. It was more than enough for seconds! The pickup process was quick, and the staff were polite while I placed my order and made my payment. They also provided plenty of sauces and plenty of food for the family meal. However, for $35, I think it would be nice to include four egg rolls or crab Rangoon as well.

I called to place my order, but the rice was ready and no one assisted me. The staff was very rude and insistent about receiving a confirmation. I don't understand why they couldn't look up my previous order individually. Finally, I spoke to the manager, Jackie, who was rude and hung up on me. When I tried to call back to request a corporate contact number, my call was ignored. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the food was poorly cooked. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We ordered from this restaurant on a Friday night and only managed to eat half of our meal. It caused us to have a very uncomfortable night’s sleep, and I initially thought something was wrong with my stomach. Later, on Sunday night, when I tried the leftovers, I discovered a piece of plastic in the noodles. It was clear that the plastic came from the bags used for their food supplies. I noticed them opening a couple of plastic bags while we were there—one containing cabbage and another with chicken. I feel compelled to contact the authorities to explore the possibility of suing either this location or the chain itself. We had thought this restaurant was better than the one in Creve Coeur since they allowed us to order inside instead of waiting in the drive-thru.

The service here is incredibly slow, and they struggle with multitasking. My usual order is chow mein, but every time I get it, it’s mostly cabbage. There’s so much cabbage that I have to remove it myself. Additionally, the chow mein noodles were in very small pieces. Essentially, I paid for a dish that was mostly cabbage. This is the worst location; I wouldn’t recommend going there.
