Wendy's - Saint Charles

The bourbon bacon cheese burger was delicious! And the crunchy onions added a nice surprise.

Everything was great. Cheese Baked Potato was good n hot, Baconator Combo Son of Baconator hit the spot. Husband loved the 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets and French Fries were perfect to snack on

I just went through the drive to get a bacon pub burger. I asked for a three times extra speck $9.79 later I got to a double with nothing extra on him. I didn't get a receipt so I can't do anything except to leave this review. I'm glad I didn't get any extra cash as he offered, or I was wasted more money.

Very bad experience there today. the young lady who works the window (receipt said jana was extremely rude. I went out of mine to be nice and wish her a nice day, she couldn't smile a word or even a fake half during our entire interaction. I mean, you're at work, at least a SMALL effort to be remotely pleasant. then I come home and discover that they have a very simple order, Apparently junior bacon cheeseburger without mayo means only in their world bungalow and burger. it was correct on the reception, so I'm not sure what happened. my friend called the manager and told her about the situation; she offered to replace the burger if we wanted to go back there, which was not convenient, so we went back. I am a great fan of wendy’s and have really good experiences there, especially at the sites in bridgeton from 370 and the location in florissant on lindbergh. this was my first visit to this place, and I can assure them that it will be my last. edit: determined to give this place a shot again. they have done a terrible job again. they were not busy or so, but still could not manage to get my simple order right. my chicken sandwich was covered with mayo, which I asked not to be there so that it had to be thrown away. Additionally I ordered and paid for a froster through the app, but when I came to the restaurant, they told me that they were from frost 's. I was told they would remove it from my order and refund me, but they never did. the employee I spoke with was not excessively rude, but he certainly had no customer service skills. that is really just a more terrible place. it is very comfortable, so it is tempting to go, but man what an annoying disappointment overall

Great experience in their drive-thru! they were busy, but the first time got the job to move the line fast and efficiently! kudos!:) food 5/5
