Kfc - Saint Cloud

Went to get food at the drive thru, and the lack of service, the slow pace, and the fact that they got the whole order wrong was enough to never go to that location again.

Manager Theresa was nasty, food was cold. It?s a shame cause the kids working there are nice, but terrible leadership.

First time visiting this KFC location I actually live close by not sure if this is normal but the food was really good hot chicken was crispy and the young lady at the window was nice good job guys thanks

Really liked how this location functions. Ive never had any problems. Food is always made on time and quick pick up.

Great fresh products and excellent customer experience. Locations like this one make KFC such a resilient franchise. Very friendly and willing to satisfied customer needs. Different of other locations, this one provides fresh chicken, maybe one pieceover an hour old. The chicken sandwiches are amazing. Definitely a KFC location to set a part.
