Sonic Drive-in - Saint Francisville

We sat and waited for more than 10 minutes and no one answered the call button. Two out of the 8 cars I watched pull in after us got responses. Don't bother stopping because if you wanna eat you will have to go in and do it yourself. This place has VERY poor service. Even if there were only 3 people working someone could still answer the call button and say something.

Ordered on the app and my food was hot and ready when I got there. Friendly staff!

I stopped for ice cream for the family, and everything was brought out and handed to me individually. While my grandson and I were trying to find places for everything, I didn't notice that I was short one on my order. My order was over $40. I did not go back or call because Sonic and McDonald's always give the customer a hard time when they make mistakes.

Sometimes it doesn't taste like a strawberry limeade but a sprite, other days it's AMAZING perfect
