The Chile Relleno was the main part of the dish offered and we had it in many other Mexican restaurants including other Napolera sites where you get a full poblano pepper, but at this point we were shocked to get only a small sliver of a pepper; maybe an eight of the size. The food was too salty. Unfortunately will not be visited again, as they are conveniently close. If this is their way to cut costs, it is back fire because they sacrifice the customers.
Pretty good food, though I had more authentic Mexican food in Mexico and even in San Diego CA. Service was fast and the prices are good for what was ordered.
I have been eating La Nopalera for YEARS!! 20 years maybe, and to have the enchiladas today they were different? I was so disappointed. If it isn?t broke, don?t fix it. Please bring back the old enchiladas. :
It's not my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area, but it is my teenage sons, so kudos to them! Nothing too fancy but nice decor and solid tasty food. Nice staff, quick service and generally no wait to be seated :
