Contribuer aux commentairesThe experience at this restaurant can vary significantly. Sometimes the service is outstanding and your order is just right, while other times you might find yourself waiting for 40 minutes only to receive the wrong meal, accompanied by lackluster customer support.
They always forget my sauce packets, but this is one of the best Taco Bells from here to Illinois. The food is consistently good and served quickly. I’m not sure if they use better ingredients or different suppliers, but it definitely seems to be of higher quality.
It's dinner time, and I placed my order through the app. My name is Jamie, and a young girl was assigned to serve me. The restaurant was absolutely packed, but she handled the situation exceptionally well! She was doing a fantastic job! There were many customers eager for their meals, and it seemed like the staff was a bit stretched thin. However, the employee at the window who handed me my order and assisted me was very pleasant, and I genuinely hope they can keep her on the team. I can only imagine how overwhelming it must be to manage so many guests with a limited number of staff. I'm optimistic that they'll find more great employees like her soon.
The food is usually good, but I went there specifically because it advertised closing at 1 AM, only to find it closed at 11:56 PM. Please update your hours to avoid wasting people's time.
I waited 47 minutes in the drive-thru, only to receive a cheese quesadilla for $15 instead of my five supreme tacos. They aren't answering or returning my calls, and since the lobby is closed, I won't be going back. I’m not willing to wait another 45 minutes just to deal with more frustration.
