We had dinner at Louis before the Rod Stewart concert at Xcel. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of entrees and starters on the menu. We decided to share the generous cheese and fruit board as an appetizer, followed by the veal and pasta entrees. We were thrilled to find out that we could also order Prosecco by the glass. The atmosphere was lively and a bit noisy, but the service was excellent.
For our 48th anniversary, we enjoyed seared duck and lasagna at the restaurant. We were surprised with a complimentary creme brûlée and later attended the Ringo Starr concert. We also had a fun time exploring the deli store on the first floor.
Had dinner in Louis right before the Rod Stewart concert in Xcel. Surprisingly large selection of ducks and starters. We split the very generous cheese and fruit board for a starter, then the calves and a pasta had lured. Lucky we get Proseco through the glass. Very high energy and a little loud, but super good service!
Food was wonderful, service was great. The website says they have glueten free menu, but server told us it was not in print and she would guide us through the menu, which she did. The only issue we had was there was a large, around 20 people, group next to us and they were very loud. There seemed to be open seating elsewhere, but we were seated right next to them and it was hard to converse.
