Acropolis-St Petersburg

Typically, we enjoy the food and service at this restaurant enough to make it our go-to spot for Greek cuisine. Unfortunately, our experience on New Year's Eve was not up to par. Despite having reservations for a party of 4 at 6:15 PM, we were unexpectedly pushed back to 6:30 PM without any prior notification. Once seated, our server was slow to check in with us and deliver our drinks and food, which also had missing items. The quality of the food was subpar and did not meet our usual expectations. Despite it being a holiday, the restaurant was not at full capacity, making the poor service even more frustrating.

The service was disorganized and the food was terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

Terrible service , we reserve a table on the second floor balcony . When we arrived they don't have a table for us . We wait 70 minutes for our food. I asked 3 times for our drinks and wait 20 minutes for our drinks. The food was good.

As a rule, our food and service is good enough that this is our regular place when we feel Greek; but we had reservations on NYE for a party of 4 at 18:15 and it was pushed back to 6:30 through the restaurant without notice on us. We came and sat, but our server always took us and brought out drinks and food, not to mention our food order. Our food was burned, creepy and not what we are used to. Even considering that there was a holiday and there was a bit of Leeway, the restaurant was not able to understand why nobody seemed to know what they did and the service was so terrible.

Everything was absolutely deli it and the service was excellent!
