We ordered our Carnitas (the regular have their favorite cuts try a little...all the pork skin is quite amazing! and watched our tortillas made by hand and warmed up on a coma right there near our table! Salsas and accompaniments are fresh and help themselves. Leon, Celaya, Salamanca and Irapuato all have a Carnitas Rodrigo restaurant. The family is very dedicated and always about quality!!

We ordered our carnitas (the regulars have their favorite cuts -- try a little of everything -- the pork skin is pretty amazing!) and watched our tortillas being made by hand and warmed on a comal right there near our table!
